Welcome to International House Cordoba...

The Academia Hispanica-International House Cordoba (founded in 1953) is one of the language schools that joined IH Spain in 2005.

We offer a full range of Spanish courses, with our intensive Spanish course being our most popular program. It is also possible to personalise your course, with additional, private Spanish classes, or preparation to take the official DELE exams being two of the different options.

Cordoba (pop. 350,000), a UNESCO World Heritage city since 1984, is a great place to learn Spanish. Cordoba is a comparatively small city, a university town, but one with a fascinating cultural heritage, dating back to the time of the Moors, with its mosque (shown above) its most famous historical monument.

Our social and cultural program, which forms part of your Spanish course, is designed to show you both the present and the past of one of the most fascinating cities in the south of Spain.
