50+ Spanish course

If you are over the age of 50, and enjoying your second Spring, we have a special Spanish course with its own activities programme.

Your 20-classes a week Spanish course is in the mornings, with a special social and cultural programme laid on for you in the afternoon (details below).

Course details

• Minimum age: 50
• Timetable: Mon to Fri, 9.30-13.00
• Classes: 4 sessions of 45 minutes per day
• Students per class: Average 7-9, maximum 12
• Levels: All

Starting dates

• August 17, 2009
• October 19, 2009

Social programme

The typical programme is as follows:

Week 1

• Monday: sightseeing tour of San Sebastian
• Tuesday: Spanish culture
• Wednesday: free day
• Thursday: movie at the school
• Friday: wine tasting
• Saturday: excursion to Bilbao

Week 2

• Monday: Salsa dancing lesson
• Tuesday: visit to Hondarribia
• Wednesday: movie at the school
• Thursday: free day
• Friday: Pintxos (tapas) tour

Price

• 2-week course: €490 +€60 registration fee

Note that there is a high season supplement of €35 a week for the course starting August 17.
